The power of Polarity Processing

Women´s online winter group 2022-23

Reclaiming our wholeness, becoming undivided

This is an invitation to gather with other women over the coming winter months. We will explore principles and practices around polarity processing and how these tools can support us in navigating our daily lives in more empowered ways. The intention is to reclaim more of our wholeness and to find a more steady center in these turbulent times.

You will learn simple tools and techniques for integrating polarities, which we will practice together and on our own. We will be working with the issues that are current and relevant in our lives, and explore how the tools can support our movement from being split and fragmented into becoming more whole, integrated and centered. We will look at the relationship between our personal and cultural issues, and identify the polarities that are most key for us to integrate both on an individual and group level.

This work is exploratory, emergent and co-creative. It is intended for women who have done a certain amount of inner work and who are willing to experiment. In response to what emerges in the group, I will offer teachings, resources and tools to work with what comes up. You will receive regular e-mails with poems and questions to support your exploration in between our gatherings.

We need strong holding environments and vessels to support our transformation and becoming. When we share our experiences and are witnessed by others, it moves us forward. When we connect with each other in safe and regenerative spaces, we create a shared field of heart coherence. This promotes our health, relaxation and resourcefulness, and ripples out to those around us as well. As we explore and learn together, we open to new ways of seeing and support each other to respond creatively to the challenges and opportunities we are facing.

“I used to want to save the world. To end war and bring peace to mankind. But then I glimpsed the darkness that lives within their light and learned that inside every one of them, there will always be both. A choice each must make for themselves. Something no hero will ever defeat. And now I know, that only love can truly save the world. So I stay, I fight, and I give, for the world I know can be. This is my mission now. Forever.” - Diana Prince /Wonder Woman
