Women´s online Winter Group 2021
EXPLORING ENOUGHNESS
This is an invitation to gather with other women over the coming two months to explore our relationship with Enoughness. The focus in our group will be to make conscious how feelings of inadequacy or lack are influencing our lives and to explore what becomes available when we step into the experience of Enough.
What are we really seeking in our lives and how might Enoughness support us in finding that? What is the felt sense of Enough and how does it strengthen our being, belonging and becoming? How can a stronger anchoring in Enough support us to live richer and more sustainable lives?
The intention is to deepen our embodied experience of both being and having enough and to expand our capacity to appreciate, receive and create from who and where we are.
The format and container
This work is exploratory and emergent. I will offer teachings, resources and tools in response to the issues that are most relevant for the women in the group, including a new tool for processing polarities. In between our gatherings, you will be guided to go out into nature to explore the questions and teachings we are working with. You will also receive regular e-mails with poems and questions for deepening our explorations.
When we share our experiences and are witnessed by others, it moves us forward. When we connect with each other in safe and regenerative spaces, we create a shared field of heart coherence. This promotes our health, relaxation and resourcefulness, and ripples out to those around us as well. Exploring in community allows us to tap into a bigger field of intelligence and opens us to new ways of seeing. We step into a flow of giving and receiving as we are sharing our emergent discoveries and articulating our new learning and awareness with each other.
LOGISTICS
Starting February 4th, we will gather every other Thursday on zoom into April 2021.
Suggested times for meetings are:

If you want to join but the times don't work, please let me know as it might be possible to make adjustments.
Pricing:
The suggested price is a sliding scale between 3700-4900 NOK (425-525 USD). If you wish to join but cannot pay the suggested amount, please reach out to me and we´ll try to find a way to make it work.
